We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our programs. If you attend all sessions, complete the assigned worksheets, and still feel you have not received value — contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will process a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• Request submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase
• You have attended at least 2 out of 3 sessions of the Live Masterclass (or attempted to watch recordings)
• You have completed the basic worksheets shared during the program
• Refund request sent to fashionbrandjamal@gmail.com from your registered email address

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase
• If you did not attend or watch any session of the program
• Duplicate purchases — contact us immediately; we will refund the duplicate amount
• Promotional offers or deeply discounted purchases (below ₹99) are non-refundable

Full refund available within 30 days if you attended and feel unsatisfied.

Fashion Brand Starter Blueprint — 7 Module Course (₹999)

Full refund within 30 days, provided you have accessed less than 50% of the course content and completed the Module 1 worksheet.

90-Day Brand Launch Challenge (₹14,999)

Refund available within 30 days if you have attended the first 2 live coaching calls and completed the assigned action steps. After Day 30, no refund will be issued.

High-Ticket Mentorship (₹49,999+)

Refund terms for premium programs are discussed and agreed upon individually at the time of enrollment. Please refer to your enrollment agreement.

6. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel or postpone a program due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to the next batch.
