1. About Us

Star Incorporate is a legally registered business operating under the brand name Fashion Brand Jamal, based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide online coaching, courses, and masterclasses related to fashion brand building and entrepreneurship.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and participate in our programs
• By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful
• Our programs are intended for individuals based in India, with a focus on Tamil Nadu

3. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in a program is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through CashFree Payment Gateway — a secure, RBI-approved platform
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed in full before accessing any program content
• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets

5. Intellectual Property

All content — including videos, PDFs, worksheets, templates, curriculum, graphics, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of Star Incorporate / Syed Jamal. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own learning only.

You may not:

• Record, screenshot, or download our live sessions without written permission
• Share, resell, or redistribute any course content to others
• Use our content to create competing programs or products
• Upload our content to YouTube, Telegram, or any other platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, and legal action if necessary.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants in our WhatsApp groups, live sessions, and communities are expected to:

• Treat fellow participants, coaches, and staff with respect
• Not share harmful, offensive, or promotional content in community spaces
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information shared in the group

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer

The income figures, business results, and success stories mentioned on our website and in our marketing are examples of what is possible. They are not guarantees of results. Your results will depend on your own effort, dedication, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

Fashion Brand Jamal / Star Incorporate makes no guarantees of specific earnings or business outcomes from participation in any of our programs.

8. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Change class dates, times, or platforms with reasonable advance notice
• Update course content to ensure it remains current and valuable
• Substitute guest speakers or mentors when needed
• Cancel a batch and offer a refund or transfer if minimum enrollment is not met

9. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access our programs, including a smartphone or computer, stable internet connection, and access to WhatsApp and Zoom/Google Meet. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant's end.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Incorporate and Fashion Brand Jamal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
